OCTOBER · CYBER SECURITY AWARENESS MONTH

Would your employees spot a real phishing attempt?

Cyber criminals don't always need to defeat your security systems. Sometimes they only need one employee to click a link, open an attachment, scan a QR code, or respond to a convincing request.

Traditional awareness training often ends when employees complete a course — but completion alone doesn't demonstrate readiness. This October, OptuNex is bringing a complete Cyber Security Awareness Month campaign to UK organisations: training, realistic phishing simulations, and easy employee reporting, delivered as one coordinated programme.

ONE COMPLETE CAMPAIGN

From awareness to measurable action

Learning, testing, and employee reporting — one coordinated campaign, not three disconnected tools.

1 Learn Build practical cyber security knowledge employees can use every day.
2 Test Measure employee responses through realistic, approved phishing simulations.
3 Report Help employees report suspicious emails easily, with results routed straight to your security team.

01 · TRAINING

Comprehensive security awareness training

02 · SIMULATION

Realistic phishing simulations

Test how employees respond to realistic but controlled phishing scenarios. Every simulation is approved in advance, delivered safely, and measured without ever collecting genuine passwords.

03 · REPORTING

PhishCue: reporting made simple

FAQS

Questions we expect you'll have

Straight answers on what's included, how long it runs, and what falls outside the offer.

01Is this an annual subscription?

No, not under this special offer. The offer covers the Cyber Security Awareness Month campaign for October 2026. If you extend the service beyond October, you will receive a 50% discount on the first-year extension.

02Does 'up to 10 emails per user' mean the same 10 simulations must be sent to everyone?

No. Administrators can choose from a library of 300+ phishing templates and assign different simulations to different departments or employee groups.

For example, the Finance team can receive 10 finance-relevant campaigns, while another department can receive a different set of templates. Each individual end user will receive a maximum of 10 simulation emails overall during the campaign.

03Are there unlimited users?

There is no separate per-user charge within the selected employee band. Choose the band that matches the number of active participants in your organisation.

04Is Microsoft 365 integration included?

Standard support for one Microsoft 365 tenant is included. Custom development, complex tenant remediation and third-party integrations are outside the promotional package.

05Can different phishing simulations be used for different departments?

Yes. Administrators can select department-relevant templates from the library, so teams such as Finance, HR and IT can receive simulations that reflect the risks they are most likely to face.

06Does the solution work with Google Workspace?

Yes. SucceedLEARN's Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulations are fully compatible with Google Workspace. However, PhishCue, the phishing reporting, analysis and security management platform, is currently available only for Microsoft 365.

07How long is this offer available?

This special introductory offer is available until 30 October 2026. OptuNex reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer at any time during the promotional period.

08What if my organisation has more than 10,000 users?

For organisations with more than 10,000 users, talk to us and our team will be happy to understand your requirements and provide a customised offer.

09Can the Security Awareness eLearning content be customised?

Yes. The eLearning content can be customised to reflect your organisation's policies, branding or specific training requirements.

Customisation will involve an additional cost and may require additional implementation time. The scope, pricing and delivery timeline will be agreed before work begins.

10How long is the service period?

This special offer provides access to the service for 30 consecutive calendar days from the agreed go-live date.

Any training, phishing simulations or other included services not used within this period will expire, unless an extension is discussed and agreed in writing between the customer and OptuNex.
